About Revivify Nano Coatings

Our Ceramic Coating Process

Preparing the surface

This includes deep cleaning, to remove dirt, grime and other contaminants.

Iron Decontamination and Claybar Treatment

The process removes tiny dirt particles like brake dust, road debris that are embedded on the paint.

Inspecting the Surface

After a meticulous detail the paint is inspected for scratch marks and swirls that should be corrected before applying ceramic coating.

Paint Correction and Polishing

Any paint imperfections found during inspection, our team will correct and polish the paint to achieve a smooth mirror finish.

Applying the Ceramic Coating

The coating is applied using a new microfibre applicator panel by panel to ensure a perfect and gloss finish.

Final Inspection and Maintenance

After the coating has cured we do a full inspection and perform a maintenance wash to ensure hydrophobic beading and shine.
